99% of people AREN'T doing ANY thinking on a conscious, deliberate, or active level AT ALL times and if you think you are, you're probably deluding yourself. You're not media literate.
People don't think about their triggers, they are controlled by them and then they respond THROUGH them. Thinking, for most people, follows emotional states. For stoics it's the opposite.
It's hardly a Strange New World ... based on that clip it's the exact same world we live in now ... with the same lack of education and understanding and racism.
To me, media is about very different things and my appreciation of its value stems from knowledge of many of those people who are involved in making it what it takes for the content to exist in the first place.
