When you leave a toxic space you have to unlearn what you learned there otherwise you end up "doing onto others"
There is always a handful of people who think that negativity is some inevitable thing that must be endured or else you're not strong. Wanting peace and choosing positivity isn't weakness, it's wisdom.
Engaging in a war of futility doesn't make you brave. Sacrificing your light against an endless tide of darkness only means you have less for the people who deserve that light most ... including yourself.
Instead of seeking out things to respond to (as was the way of the other place) consider sharing content for people to positively engage with.
That desperate need to try and plug a fire hydrant with your pinky won't change how that negativity affects you.
In general, my vibe is always about the beauty, positivity, innovation, and artistic value in things. Being judgy, pessimistic, negative, and unimaginative about the world is not a thing I'm into. Keep it to yourself.
It took me decades to really understand my entire self as a physical, mental, and spiritual machine ... and that there was a lot that needed to be done to keep all those aspects not only healthy but in BALANCE.
In a community of wildly different and epic people who have so much to share and teach and celebrate about who they are ... if all you can be is representative of "what you despise in the world", you're missing a chance to share so much more about yourself
Those of you who love it here (new and old) ... going back to the Hellmouth to become "righteous defenders of CoSo" or whatever and using anger, or salt, or debate to "convince people they are wrong" and to come here ... That is NOT the way.
